"Kaushal is a genuine teacher. He teaches at the students pace and helps even for non-IT background to grasp concepts and learn coding smoothly. Advanced Statistics

"Kaustav is one such trainer who despite of possessing superior command over the subject of advance statistics, econometrics, analytical techniques and concepts like predictive modelling, factor analysis, cluster analysis, decision trees etc, he will never show off. Rather, he addresses the problem areas of his trainees in his unique way which helps his trainees to come up the learning curve very fast. I met Kaustav at a time when I was looking for someone who would teach the concepts of advance statistics, data analysis and number crunching along with their real life implementations using SPSS and SAS. Though a numerous institutes claimed to bail me out but none of them fit my bill since I was looking for someone who would not only imbibe the concepts but would help me to learn the concepts. Kaustav did this job with ease. He made the entire subject look easy and actually made the subject a fun subject using his own day to day interesting examples which helped me to grasp the concepts quickly. Previously I used to run through notes but still my questions used to remain unanswered but Kaustav answered all of them. For him no question is a silly question and if for some reason he does not have an answer for a question he always comes back with the answer the next day. What I admire about him his dedication towards the profession, his punctuality and his empathy towards his trainees. Kaustav is very stringent with deadlines, he would never spoon ffeed but would involve me in doing things. However, Kaustav is a fun person to be with, I even went out with him to distress myself and he is such a fun though being a statistician. I am looking forward to prepare my thesis paper with Kaustav because I can hardly find such a guide who is always available for his trainees. God Bless You, Kaustav !!! "
