More than project management you should concentrate on client account management or project coordination. Infact delivery management would be another good option for you.

I am a fresher and I want to become a Java developer, so what is necessary to crack the Java interview ? 

You need to focus more on Core Java, Java objects, access modifiers,Oops in java,JDBC, Java collection objects and basics of web prgramming through Java with JSP.
