Jeet Sen Sarma

​I am writing to express my strong interest in the Coding Tutor position. Holding a Bachelor’s from NIT Durgapur and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence from Germany, I bring deep technical expertise and a global perspective to your instructional team. More importantly, I bring a genuine passion for helping others discover the power of programming.
​For me, teaching coding is about passing on the ultimate superpower: the ability to build something out of nothing and solve real-world problems. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve seen how intimidating tech can feel from the outside. I want to teach because nothing is more rewarding than watching a student have that "lightbulb moment"—where a complex loop, an abstract data structure, or an AI concept suddenly clicks, shifting their perspective from frustration to pure excitement. I want to demystify software engineering and show students that with the right guidance, they can transition from being passive consumers of technology to active creators.
​My background has trained me to break down highly complex, high-level theories into clear, digestible concepts. Whether guiding a beginner through their first lines of Python or helping an advanced student think through logic, my approach centers on patience, encouragement, and practical application.
