Interactive HR Spot Pvt Ltd

HR Spot (Interactive HR Spot Private Limited) has been training HR professionals in Kolkata and Bhubaneswar since 2012. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified and trademark-registered company, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and a member of IIHR, ISTD, AIMA and AHRMIO.

We teach the HR function as it is actually practised. Our programmes cover HR generalist and HR operations, payroll management, statutory compliance and labour law, HR analytics and metrics, HR audit, SAP HR, and advanced global HR practice including the use of AI and automation in HR. Courses range from single modules to full certification and leadership programmes, so you can start from wherever your career currently stands.

Classes run as live interactive online sessions and as classroom sessions at our Kolkata and Bhubaneswar centres. Students can combine or switch between modes during a course, which works for people already in jobs and for those relocating mid-programme.

Every programme is built around practical work rather than theory — live projects, real HR documentation, and exposure to how HR actually operates inside an organisation. Our faculty are practising HR professionals with decades of experience in large brands, not full-time trainers.

We also support students after training with interview preparation and placement assistance.

Whether you are a fresher entering HR, a graduate switching domains, or an HR executive moving towards generalist or leadership work, HR Spot is built specifically for HR careers — not a general institute that happens to offer an HR module.
