About Our Founder
Mr. J Prakash has been involved in training, coaching and consulting for more than 10 years with the intention of dramatically increasing profit, productivity, and the performance of people. Prior to starting his own businesses, he has worked in the First E-governance project of Ministry of Corporate Affairs of TCS in Delhi, Patna and Kolkata, 3D Seismic Project of ONCG in Nagaland and Assam. Later he joined the esteemed franchise unit of Parle Agro as a Regional Manager and gained experience in HR Management and training. J.
