Indranil Bhattacharya

I am a passionate teacher and interpreter with 7 years of experience in teaching Italian language and culture. In my previous roles at The School of Languages, Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Sister Nivedita University, and Rabindra Bharati University at Kolkata, I successfully developed engaging lesson plans and curricula tailored to diverse learning needs and styles. My teaching philosophy emphasizes immersive learning experiences, incorporating cultural elements such as literature, film, and music to deepen students' understanding of the Italian language. Additionally, the students were part of various cultural events and exhibitions arranged by the Consulate General of Italy in Kolkata which enhanced student engagement and participation.

I hold a CILS Livello Due- B2 (Competenza in Italiano come Lingua Straniera) certificate from Università per Stranieri di Siena, along with 3-year certification in Italian Language and Literature from The School of Languages, Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Kolkata. Beyond teaching, I have worked as a freelance Italian language interpreter, and Book Designer with the Consulate General of Italy in Kolkata for three years.
