My School Experience: Mixed Feelings, Lasting Impact I studied in a Catholic convent school where learning was methodical and discipline was both strict and compassionate. As children, we rarely understood why there was so much emphasis on structured study, multiple reference books, and rules that seemed rigid at the time. Today, I realize that all of this was shaping us into strong individuals with deep-rooted ethics and values. Education there was never limited to textbooks. While bookish learning was important, equal focus was placed on building us into responsible individuals. I was never a top-ranking student, but I did reasonably well, thanks to the constant support of my parents and my teachers. Looking back, I feel grateful. The mentorship of my parents and the guidance of my school teachers played a big role in who I am today, both as a person and as a professional. Same was in College.
