I believe in the overall inner and outer development of students. I try to find out the true potential of Students that they held within them to learn as per their abilities and strength by talking to them, telling stories as students have different skills and abilities to learn a definite subject. By this, the senses of a child can be trained. I try to develop the soul substance of an individual do that he becomes a complete man. Besides teaching Bengali, I try to teach them the various co curricular activities that they will need in framing their future. I try to change the dislike of students for Bengali to an incorrigible love for their mother tongue. I try to teach them in such a way that they will always give rise to positive thoughts and not to negatives in their life. I can address needs of specially abled learners in a virtual classroom by developing specific learning objectives based on an analysis of each student's learning strengths and power. I deal with the children with special needs along with normal children. My task, as I feel, is to identify the specific needs of such children by close observation, to develop such objectives that aims to improve the learning outcomes of such students and to teach them as per their abilities.
