I have broad experience of teaching in a primary school for 3 years, a coaching Institute, an Intermediate College for 3 years and Technical Colleges for 6 years. My primary subject is English- English Language Teaching, Technical English and Communication Skills which was the focus of my lectures when I was teaching in Technical Colleges like Bit Mesra, Ranchi and Techno India University, Kolkata. I come from a science background (PCM) which helped me to diversify my teaching in Science domain too, hence I had taught Science, as well as Mathematics in the Coaching Institute and home tuitions for about 4 years. I had also evaluated the exam copies of JAC and NIOS. These various platforms gave me command over teaching ICSE, CBSE, NIOS and State Boards. Last but definitely not the least, the topic of my Ph.D (English) is all about how to improve Communication Skills of English in an Innovative and Interesting manner. The research has helped me to come up with innovative teaching rather than the old learn and write techniques.
