I believe every student possesses the analytical power and ability to understand things conceptually. It is just my duty to make them realize that ability and utilize their efficiency. I like to engage students actively in teaching, making them learn mostly in the class, and help them notice their own mistakes. I try to focus more on grammatical errors, basic as well as difficult spellings in subjects like Bengali, teach the chapter as a whole, covering all the events so that they can answer any given question extracted from any given portion. I also try to make my students memorize a given chapter sequentially and ask them accordingly, so that they can remember the story as per sequence of events. Students are required to give a fortnightly test on the topics learned , and they are graded and given remarks as per their Board Examination level.
