The nature of my work in academic sector has prepared me for this position. My interest in teaching and learning has stimulated me to guide and mentor students using different learning methods. I am an effective instructor with a knack for making complex concepts easily understandable. My presentation style and speaking voice are clear concise and to the point. I am approachable and friendly and my students relate well to me. I have extensive knowledge in the field of science never earning below an A in a science course throughout my academic career. I have assisted professors with projects experiments and conference presentations earning accolades for my insight and expertise. In addition, I have successfully employed activity cum visual and feedback based approach/ strategy when teaching and found that this led to many positive student outcomes. A key part of my career is helping students reach their potential, which I work towards by focusing on the positive holistic development.
