Chiranjib Chatterjee

I am a hospitality and corporate workplace professional with over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, followed by 9+ years of experience in administration, facilities and workplace management.

My teaching approach is based on practical industry experience rather than only textbook concepts. I help hospitality management students understand how hotels and service organisations actually operate and what employers expect from future professionals.

I can mentor students in Hotel Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations, Guest Experience, Service Excellence, Hospitality Leadership, Team Management, Complaint Handling, Communication Skills, Interview Preparation and Career Development.

My sessions are interactive and case-study based, using real-world workplace situations to connect academic concepts with practical management.

I particularly enjoy helping students develop the confidence, professional attitude, communication skills and leadership mindset required to succeed in the hospitality industry.

My objective is simple: help students move beyond marks and textbooks and become workplace-ready hospitality professionals.
