I am currently serving as Principal / Assistant Administrator in a growing mission school –Good News Children Education Mission, Kolkata from 2017 till date. Prior to this engagement, I was serving as Vice- Principal in The Assembly of God Church School, Purulia from 2015 till 2017. Both these schools are ICSE affiliated schools. I have been also accredited with a Diploma in School Administration and Management from American Institute of Learning. I have used the technical knowledge and skills for managing staff development and performance management and to assist in the staff training and performance reviews for the Institution that I served.
I had served also as a full-time trained Sr. Teacher for subjects like Business Studies, Commerce and Commercial Application in The Assembly of God Church School, Haldia – an ICSE affiliated school for classes IX –XII students from 2012 till 2017. Also, assisting the Principal with the administrative choresas the Academic Co-Ordinator for the senior sections.I had spent more than 6 and half years starting from 1 st of October, 2005 till March 2012 as an Assistant Teacher in Upras Vidyalaya, New Delhi for the Commerce Department and the subjects that I taught wasBusiness Studies and Commerce for classes XI & XII.

At Upras Vidyalaya and The Assembly of God Church School, Haldia, I had handled the subject with excellent track record for the students appearing for the boards of more than 95% of marks. As a team player in the Administrative teams at The Good News Children Education Mission and The Assembly of God Church School, Purulia I am able to successfully plan, prepare, organize and follow-through the entire Academic Pedagogy and the day-to-day administration of the School activities. I was also part of the financial planning and budgeting teams during my stint at the Good News Children Education Mission.
I have completed my Indian Secondary Certificate Examination (ISC) and also served as the School Head-boy at The Assembly of God Church School, Park Street in the Class of 1997. I am also an active believer and member of The Assembly of God Church, Park Street faithfully serving in the various ministries of the home-church.
