Is it okay to punish college students if they don't do work properly because some parents tell they need...

No punishment can't always do the needful to students. U have to make them realise there issues as far as possible as local gurdian/friend. But some times, if needed, they can be punished but not physically; in any other suitable way.

Hi I'm looking for distance learning course for architecture which institute is best for course?

Go for a full-time course; as DLPs(Distance Learning Program) are not recognized by ACTE. So you may not able to utilise the degree for applying to any of the Govt. Sector jobs.
