I have also done a Two year diploma on Theatre Studies from 'Sarba Bharatya Sangeet O Sanskrit Parishad'. I am the founder, Secretary and Director of 'Barrackpore Prayas Natyagosthi (Reg. No. S0041891 of 2024-2025)' since 2016. I have written and directed more than twenty plays so far. Among them 'Ekusher Rai', 'Dhritarastra Khela', 'Mati', 'Hai Biswayan', 'Kromagata', 'Crisis', 'Asukher Shabdo', 'Fire Dekha', 'Mulakkaram', 'Logence Kaku' were very famous and I was recognized by many theatre lovers. Even the famous play 'Raktakarabi' written by Rabindranath Tagore were edited and directed by me several times and appreciated by many theatre lovers. I have been awarded many times for my playwrite and direction. Besides proscenium theatre I have also written, directed and designed lot of Street plays , intimate theatre even absurd theatre on contemporary context. Apart from theatre I have also written poems, short stories and one novel. Recently my book 'Kobitar Moto Othoba..' (A Collection of his selected poems) was published by Nirban Books publishers in Kolkata International Book Fair in 2024.
