I am a dedicated and experienced home tutor with over three years of teaching experience, working closely with students up to Class 9. Over the years, I have helped children from different academic backgrounds strengthen their fundamentals, improve their academic performance, and develop confidence in their abilities. I am currently in my second year at St. Xavier’s College Autonomous Kolkata, where I am pursuing Multimedia, a field that allows me to bring creativity, clarity, and modern learning techniques into my teaching style. My academic background in PCMB has provided me with a strong and balanced understanding of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology, enabling me to guide students effectively, especially in subjects that often require extra attention and conceptual clarity.
I completed my schooling at La Martiniere for Girls and The Heritage School, two of Kolkata’s most prestigious institutions, which helped shape my disciplined approach to academics and my ability to communicate concepts clearly and patiently. As a tutor, I strongly believe that every child has a unique learning pace and style, and I take the time to understand each student’s strengths and areas of difficulty before planning lessons. My teaching focuses on building strong conceptual foundations, encouraging questions, regular revision, and exam oriented preparation, while also ensuring that learning remains engaging and stress free. I aim not only to help students score better, but also to help them understand subjects deeply and develop a positive attitude towards learning. I am known for being patient, approachable, and consistent, and I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking doubts and expressing themselves.
