Anirban Sengupta

I am Anirban Sengupta, an HR professional with over 8 years of diverse experience across healthcare, banking, production houses, and the fitness industry. My career spans all aspects of Human Resources, from talent acquisition and HR strategy to compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and organizational development. I have also worked extensively as an HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.

Over the years, I have managed end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management systems, learning & development, HR analytics, succession planning, and workforce planning. I have implemented policies, streamlined HR processes, ensured statutory compliance, and supported audits and HRMS implementations. My experience also includes employee relations, grievance handling, engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, change management, and retention strategies.

I am skilled in creating frameworks that improve productivity, engagement, and retention while fostering a positive workplace culture. I have worked closely with teams at all levels, mentoring HR professionals, driving initiatives across departments, and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Academically, I hold an MBA in HR Management, a B.Sc. in Hotel Management, and am currently pursuing an MSW with HR specialization. I am passionate about building high-performing organizations, nurturing talent, and contributing to organizational growth. Outside of work, I enjoy playing piano, photography, and personal development activities.
