I have not taught in schools or colleges in a full-time academic capacity. My professional career spans nearly 30 years in the banking industry, during which I held various leadership roles and was extensively involved in training, mentoring, and grooming new recruits as well as officers preparing for higher responsibilities.
Currently, I hold multiple certifications from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). I provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to students and young professionals in the domains of Banking, Insurance, and Securities Markets, helping them prepare for regulatory and professional certification examinations, competitive assessments, and interview processes.
In addition, I conduct guest lectures, training programmes, and awareness sessions for colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organisations. I am also a SEBI-empanelled SMARTs (Securities Market Trainer), through which I deliver investor awareness and financial literacy programmes covering various aspects of securities markets, investing, personal finance, and financial well-being.
Over the years, my experience as a banker, coach, trainer, and mentor has enabled me to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry expectations, helping learners develop both domain knowledge and career readiness.
