7/9.. let numerator be X and denominator be y so from condition 1 we have X+2/y+2= 9/11..
or 11x+22=9y+18 ....or 11x-9y=-4... equation 1.. Similarly, from condition 2 we have X+3/y+3=5/6.. or 6x+18=5y+15..or
6x-5y= -3... equation 2...
Solving both the equation for X and y we have X=7 and y =9...
Hence the fraction 7/9
