For choosing a career we should first try to find out what are the different options available today and what we are fit for. Following your passion blindly might not help you. Suppose you may be passionate about drawing but you must be good at it to make it your career. Thats why in our early school we are given all the subjects and also different extra curricular activities so that we can know yourself. Now if you know what you want to do in life then go for it. Don't think about the failures because this only will help you to learn from your mistakes. Now to become a CEO there is two way one is doing MBA and going the corporate world as a employee . Learn from your experience and later after 25 - 30 years you may become CEO depending on your talent. But this is a long process with no risk. Another way is startup. You will be CEO of your own company and we don't require experience for this. Though I must tell you only 1 out of 100 startups get success.

English is a language used to express your views. It can't be learned in one night. It needs practice, more you will be practicing more result you will get. Try to remember how we learnt our mother tongue. From our birth we were hearing it and after one year we start saying words by words. Gradually after making lots of mistakes we improved it. Same is true for any language but since we know English words and grammar, so 6 months will be enough to command it.
