Akash Mukherjee

Hello! I’m Akash Mukherjee, a passionate Guitarist and dedicated Guitar Tutor based in Kolkata. I’ve been playing the guitar since 2015, and my musical journey has taken me from college stages to live performances, and now into the world of teaching—where I get to inspire others through the language of music.

I started teaching guitar in 2020, though my experience with music began much earlier. Over the years, I’ve performed as the lead guitarist in several college band competitions and am currently associated with a local band where I continue to explore different styles and sounds.

I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Amity University, Kolkata (2021), and alongside my formal education, music has always stayed close to my heart. It’s not just a skill for me—it’s a form of self-expression that I love sharing with others.

In my classes, I focus on helping you build strong fundamentals while also letting you enjoy the creative energy that comes from playing an instrument. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your style, my goal is to make your learning journey practical, musical, and full of motivation.

I teach both Acoustic and Electric Guitar, so whether you dream of playing soulful unplugged music or shredding rock solos, there’s a space for you in my class. I conduct one-on-one lessons online, at my place, or at the student’s home—so you can choose what works best for you.
