I am Aditya Mukherjee. I have done M tech & B tech In Biotechnology. I am an Research Associate in Virchow Biotech Private Limited. I have worked on research Oriented projects on Downstream processing of Recombinant Insulin and also in Insulin Analogs. I have experience of 2 years in R&D process and protein purification. I would like to work in your esteemed organization with full efforts and with dedication. I would like to build my career in a science-driven research experience and guidance from your organization with my knowledge and experience skills. My background in proteomics and molecular biology provides a strong foundation for my role as a Research Scientist. During my academic journey, specifically in my B. Tech and M. Tech in Biotechnology from KIIT, I gained extensive knowledge in these areas. Proteomics, which involves the large-scale study of proteins, has been a crucial part of my study and research projects. For instance, my internship at NRS Medical College involved techniques like ELISA, PCR, and chromatography, which are critical to protein analysis and purification.

In this role, I learned how to design experiments and analyze data effectively, ensuring compliance with scientific protocols. My experience with techniques like SDS-PAGE and Western Blot has honed my skills in protein quantification and identification. Additionally, my dry lab skills in bioinformatics allow me to analyze complex biological data, facilitating the understanding of protein functions and interactions. This combination of wet lab and dry lab skills is invaluable in the research field, particularly when it comes to interpreting experimental results and understanding underlying biological mechanisms.

Moreover, my internship experience at Virchow Biotech, where I was involved in downstream processing of recombinant insulin, further solidified my understanding of protein characterization. I worked collaboratively with a team, applying my analytical thinking to solve problems and optimize processes. This practical experience, paired with my academic knowledge, prepares me to contribute effectively in a research environment.
