I am a mechanical engineer and a pharmacist. I strive to create a more constructive and interesting learning atmosphere. I have 5 years of working experience in mathematics and science and a vast passion for Bengali literature, I am pleased to assist students not only in comprehending the subject material but also develop the analytical and creative approaches to issues that they will apply outside the classroom. I promote such a climate where each student is respected, is allowed to ask, explain, or seek the answers and ideas, and to try and push his/her limits. I engage my students in this manner as I have an interactive way of teaching. I also focus on professional development because there is a need to change my teaching practice to address the different needs of all learners. I hope to create an environment where students will be able to relate their studies to actual life.
