My experience in school has been truly enriching and transformative. As a teacher, I had the opportunity not just to educate but to continuously learn and grow alongside my students. It taught me valuable concepts like micro-planning, activity-based learning, child-centered methodologies, and innovative strategies such as the jigsaw technique. One of the most rewarding parts of my journey was designing lessons that catered to individual student needs. Through micro-planning, I learned to break down content into manageable steps, making learning clear and goal-oriented. Activity-based learning allowed me to turn lessons into engaging experiences where students actively participated and discovered knowledge themselves. Child-based learning helped me understand the importance of empathy and patience—every child learns differently, and adapting to that made me a better educator and communicator.The jigsaw method was especially impactful. It fostered teamwork, critical thinking, and peer learning, which improved not only my students' understanding but also their confidence and collaboration skills. As a facilitator, it sharpened my ability to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and ensure equal participation.This role has shaped me into a confident communicator, an organized planner, and a proactive problem-solver. It helped me develop strong interpersonal skills, digital literacy (through virtual teaching tools), and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure—all of which are valuable in any professional setting.Overall, my teaching experience has not only strengthened my core skills but also deepened my passion for learning and mentoring. I believe these experiences make me adaptable and prepared to contribute meaningfully in any role that values communication, organization, and people skills.
