As a dedicated High School Teaching Staff member and in charge of 8th std., I am responsible for delivering quality education, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the academic and personal growth of students. My role includes planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualised support to enhance learning outcomes. As the In-Charge of the 8th std., I oversee student discipline, mentor learners, coordinate with parents and staff, and organise academic and extracurricular activities to promote holistic development. Additionally, I contribute to curriculum development, maintain classroom management, and uphold school policies to create a structured and motivating educational atmosphere.
