Always writing on the board or visual presentation will give more focus. You can use the board also if you are comfortable.

CAT is nothing but about testing your ability in various counts. Any Books, problem-solving techniques and discussions will improve your I-Q & E-Q in addition to the last few years sample papers to understand the mode of questions will help you to focus.

Be positive and confident and start improving your vocabulary and language skills and thinking ability.
