I'm a dedicated educator with over 8 years of experience in teaching and EdTech, currently working as an Academic Advisor with LEAD Group (Delta Region, Tamil Nadu), where I work closely with schools, teachers, and students to improve academic outcomes and support effective classroom delivery.

Alongside my advisory role, I have hands-on experience directly teaching and tutoring students, which has given me practical insight into how children learn, where they struggle, and what teaching methods actually work in real classrooms — not just in theory.

My EdTech background includes working on the ground with schools to implement learning programs, train teachers, and monitor student progress, which has sharpened my ability to identify learning gaps early and adapt my teaching approach to each student's needs.

I specialize in teaching all subjects for students in Grades 1 to 5, focusing on building strong conceptual foundations in Math, Science, English, and Social Studies through a patient, engaging, and student-friendly approach.

My goal is simple: help every child build both strong fundamentals and genuine confidence in learning.
