As an art teacher, my journey began in the most personal and meaningful way—teaching my nieces. What started as simple moments of drawing together gradually became a profound learning experience, not just for them, but for me as well. Through these shared sessions, I discovered that teaching art is not about instructing someone to follow a fixed path, but about growing alongside them, observing how imagination unfolds in its purest form.

Working with children has shown me that creativity thrives when it is free from pressure. Their ability to see the world without boundaries reminded me that, as artists, we evolve the most when we allow ourselves to explore without fear of making mistakes. Every line they drew, every color they chose, carried a sense of honesty and curiosity that reignited my own passion for art.

My role as a teacher is not to impose my way of learning or to shape their work into something that reflects my style. Instead, I strive to create a space where they feel confident to explore their own ideas and develop their unique artistic voice. I introduce them to new materials, techniques, and small tricks that can support their process, but never limit their direction.

I believe that creativity is infinite—it exists in countless forms, perspectives, and expressions. My goal is to help them understand that there is no single “right” way to create. Art is a journey of discovery, and I am here to guide, encourage, and inspire them as they find their own path.

In teaching them, I continue to grow as an artist myself. Their freedom, imagination, and authenticity remind me that the essence of art lies not in perfection, but in expression.
