I am a qualified medical doctor with over two years of clinical experience and a strong passion for medical education. Alongside my clinical roles in Emergency Medicine and General Practice, I have been actively involved in teaching and mentoring students and healthcare professionals, both in-person and online.

Over the past two years, I have taught and trained over 80+ students preparing for various licensing and certification exams, including MOH, DHA, DOH, Prometric, NCLEX, and PLAB. I have a particular interest in teaching paramedics, and I regularly conduct focused sessions on trauma management, airway protocols, pharmacology, and emergency care pathways tailored to their curriculum.

My experience includes:
• Delivering structured online courses through platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, where I use interactive teaching methods, mock tests, and live quizzes.
• Conducting offline, face-to-face workshops and tutorials, including skill-based training in emergency procedures and scenario-based discussions.
• Teaching in Malayalam and English, depending on the needs of the learners, to ensure better understanding and accessibility.
• Creating customized study plans, digital handouts, and flashcards to help learners grasp difficult concepts.
• Receiving consistently positive feedback for making complex clinical topics simple, relatable, and exam-relevant.

I have also completed a certified course in Teaching and Assessing Clinical Skills from the University of Michigan, which helped me understand adult learning principles, feedback techniques, and how to adapt teaching to suit different learner levels.

This combination of clinical experience, exam-focused tutoring, and bilingual delivery (Malayalam & English) enables me to support students effectively and confidently in their exam preparation journeys, especially those from paramedical backgrounds.
