I am Saquib and I have exciting plans to get you healthy, strong, and fit!

As a fitness trainer, I help clients by setting goals and guidance through various exercises. I motivate them by providing feedback and accountability. I first provide a fitness assessment to help understand any medical conditions that could prevent them from safely participating in an exercise program. Once the client is ready, I set up an exercise program that includes general health and nutrition. I have implemented and participated in creating a functional exercise program at a 2 new start up  gyms in Khopoli and was able to see great results in fat loss and conditioning of clients.

I am venturing out on my own now and am excited to bring my knowledge and expertise both in person, and online.
