Through my three years of active involvement in the Rotaract Club of SDNB Vaishnav College, I have developed strong event management skills. Serving in various leadership roles, I successfully planned, organized, and executed cultural events, professional service projects, sports days, and social initiatives. I gained expertise in event logistics, budgeting, team coordination, guest handling, and troubleshooting. My Rotaract journey enhanced my ability to manage events efficiently, work under pressure, and lead diverse teams, ensuring every event was impactful and well-organized.As a Co-Chairperson during my Rotaract journey, I successfully led the District Cultural event, collaborating with multiple clubs and managing large-scale coordination. I was responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising event activities, ensuring smooth communication among teams, handling logistics, and maintaining timelines. This experience sharpened my leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills, while also enhancing my ability to manage pressure and deliver impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment.
