I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, I’d like to clarify that I didn’t receive any notification about the demo, and from what I can see, you didn’t join the session either. It seems there was a mutual miscommunication or technical glitch. For this particular incident, I was fined heavily by the platform, despite genuinely being unavailable due to a personal emergency. On top of that, I’ve shown up for multiple demo sessions where students haven’t attended, and each time I lose both time and money, as UrbanPro deducts charges regardless of actual attendance. This review doesn’t reflect the full context, and I hope others will consider that before forming an opinion. Wishing you the best ahead.

"Charu is an amazing tutor. I really enjoyed the demo session with her. She is friendly and professional, also she knows very well how to do her job. I like her spanish accent plus the way she teaches in easiest way possible. Although I’ve just attended demo session with her but i’d definitely like to take classes from her. "
