I have worked in an institution where I had a very good relationship with my dear students because teaching is something beyond time and course. These age group students want a teachers who feel like motherly touch. But, sometime it requires to scold them too because if they don't listen to me eventually they will develop a habit their ma'am love them and she'll not say anything if don't do their work.
