With an expertise of over 15years in the same field, and a remarkable involvement over 11 years in banking and analysis in preparing management reports. And also handled many projects on productivity improvement, Cycle time reduction, defect reduction, process and reporting standardization.
For the past 5 years I have discovered a passion toward training others and in knowledge sharing. Trained several candidates on a one-on-one session and achieved success in each goal set. Training is more learner centered and result oriented by understanding the training need.
