I am a Professor of Mathematics at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, with over three decades of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. My core research interests span applied mathematics, biomechanics, fluid dynamics, and mathematical modeling, where I have contributed extensively through more than 40 publications in reputed national and international journals, conferences, and edited volumes.I have successfully supervised multiple Ph.D. scholars and continue to mentor ongoing research, fostering interdisciplinary approaches and innovative thinking. My research projects, funded by prestigious agencies, have addressed complex problems in mathematical modeling and its applications to biological and human systems, creating meaningful links between theory and practice.Alongside my academic contributions, I have held significant administrative responsibilities, including serving as Dean, Head of the Department of Mathematics, Grievance Redressal Officer, and Presiding Officer under Vishakha Guidelines. These roles have enabled me to promote academic excellence, effective governance, and an inclusive institutional culture.
As a life member of professional societies, I remain actively engaged in academic networks, with a vision to advance applied mathematics research, mentor the next generation of scholars, and drive impactful innovations that serve both academia and society.
