I am R D Srivastava, an experienced Physics educator with nearly 30 years of teaching experience, specialising in Physics for Class XI and Class XII students, along with dedicated coaching for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET aspirants. Throughout my teaching journey, I have helped numerous students build strong conceptual foundations, improve their problem-solving abilities, and achieve success in competitive examinations. My aim is to make Physics an interesting and understandable subject by connecting concepts with practical applications.

I have completed my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from IIT Kanpur in 1996. My academic background from one of India's premier institutions has provided me with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, scientific concepts, and problem-solving approaches. Over the years, I have combined this knowledge with extensive teaching experience to develop effective methods that help students understand complex Physics concepts with clarity and confidence.

During my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to teach at reputed coaching institutes and guide students preparing for some of the most competitive examinations in India, including NEET and IIT-JEE. My experience has helped me understand the challenges faced by aspirants and develop strategies that focus on concept mastery, accuracy, and effective examination preparation. I believe that a strong understanding of fundamentals is the key to solving advanced-level problems.

My teaching methodology is concept-based, structured, and student-focused. I prepare detailed lesson plans that cover important concepts systematically while ensuring students develop a strong understanding of the fundamentals. My classes include interactive discussions, step-by-step explanations, practical examples, and regular problem-solving practice to help students apply concepts effectively and improve their confidence.

To make learning more engaging and effective, I use PowerPoint presentations and an online whiteboard for visual explanations, diagrams, and detailed problem-solving sessions. I focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind every concept rather than relying on memorisation. My approach includes regular practice, doubt-clearing sessions, exam-oriented discussions, and strategic guidance to help students perform their best in competitive examinations.

I conduct both online and offline classes, providing personalised attention and guidance based on each student's learning requirements and goals. My objective is to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, strengthen their Physics concepts, and develop the confidence required to excel in JEE, NEET, and school examinations. With my experience and structured approach, I am committed to helping students achieve academic success and build a strong foundation for their future careers.
