With over 25 years of experience as a school librarian in an ICSE institution, I have played a key role in fostering a reading culture and enhancing students’ access to knowledge and information. My deep familiarity with a wide range of books across genres and age groups allows me to guide students in selecting appropriate reading material that supports both academic growth and personal development.

Beyond managing the library, I actively conduct training sessions and activities aimed at improving students’ general knowledge and current awareness. I regularly introduce students to new stories, authors, and informational resources to broaden their understanding of the world and spark intellectual curiosity.

Over the years, I have developed strong skills in library management, cataloging, and resource curation.
