Dr Abhimati S.

I worked as assistant professor, naraina group of institutions (oct, 2022-aug, 2023). I have pursued my phd and submitted my thesis (oct,2017) in biochemical engineering under dr. L.K. Singh at hbtu, kanpur. This being the fifth year of my phd, I am about to submit my thesis in the coming months. Prior to this I worked as a research assistant in bioengineering department, integral university, lucknow(january, 2016-october 2017) on a upcst funded project “dynamic-structure based pharmacophore model development and role of dietary phytochemicals.” before this I worked as a biitp trainee in mrd lifesciences (2015-2016) on a dbt funded project, “interaction Between yap oncogene with negative regulator phylogenetic analysis and docking studies.”
I worked as a m.Tech trainee in csir-cdri under dr. M.I. Siddiqi, on the topic “a structural insight into human cyp24a1 in cancer: homology modeling, docking and simulation studies.” in these 7 years of research experience, I have published 2 book chapters and 3 paper publications.
