Experience in School or College
I’ve spent my “school and college” time helping students from Class I to Class V understand concepts in a way that actually makes sense to them. While I don’t have a traditional classroom background, my experience comes from tutoring, explaining, and guiding learners through the subjects they find tricky. In the early years, Class I-II, I focus on building strong basics. That means phonics, reading fluency, basic addition and subtraction, and forming sentences. I use stories, games, and simple examples so kids don’t get bored and start associating learning with something fun. Patience is key here - every child learns at a different pace, and I make sure no question feels silly. For Class III-V, the work shifts to strengthening logic and problem-solving. I’ve helped students with multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, grammar rules, comprehension, and basic science concepts like plants, water cycle, and simple machines. My approach is to break each topic into small steps. If a student struggles with fractions, I don’t jump to problems right away. I start with what a fraction means using real examples like cutting a pizza or sharing chocolates. Once the idea clicks, the sums become easy. What I enjoy most is seeing that “aha” moment when a student finally understands something they’ve been stuck on. I keep my explanations short, use everyday examples, and encourage practice without pressure. I also adapt to different learning styles - some kids need diagrams, others need step-by-step writing, and some learn best by talking it out. Overall, my experience is built on making learning simple, clear, and encouraging for young students. I’m comfortable with CBSE, ICSE, and state board syllabi for primary classes, and I’m always ready to adjust to what the student needs.

Teaching Experience in detail in Class I-V Tuition
My teaching experience is focused entirely on Class I-V tuition, helping kids build strong basics and feel confident about school work. *Class I-II: Building the basics* I work a lot on reading, phonics, and handwriting. Kids learn to read small sentences through stories and simple words, not just memorization. For math, it’s counting, number recognition, addition and subtraction within 50, and basic shapes. I use games, flashcards, and drawing to keep it engaging. At this stage, patience and repetition matter more than speed. *Class III-V: Strengthening concepts* Here the focus shifts to logic and application. - *Math*: Multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, measurements, word problems. I break problems into steps and use real-life examples - like splitting money or measuring water - so it sticks. - *English*: Grammar rules, tenses, comprehension, paragraph writing. I get students to write short paragraphs on topics they know, then correct and improve them together. - *EVS/Science*: Topics like plants, animals, water cycle, air, and simple machines. I explain with diagrams and everyday examples so it’s not just textbook definitions. *How I teach* 1. *Explain simply*: No jargon. If a concept doesn’t make sense, I change the example until it does. 2. *Practice right after*: We solve 3-5 problems immediately after explaining, so the idea is fresh. 3. *Regular revision*: 10 min at the start of each class to revise last week’s work. 4. *Encouragement*: I point out what they did right first, then correct mistakes. No scolding for wrong answers. The goal is simple: make sure the child understands the “why” behind concepts, not just the answer. That’s what makes them confident in class and exams.
