I have over 5 years of experience in the education sector, with a strong background in school teaching and academic training. Currently, I am working with Next Education India Pvt. Ltd. as an Academic Trainer, where I facilitate teacher training programs, focusing on early childhood education, phonics, and experiential learning. I am also a certified Phonics Trainer, and I am passionate about making foundational learning engaging and meaningful for both teachers and students.

In terms of academic qualifications, I hold a B.Tech, a B.Ed., and an M.Ed., which allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective that blends technology with pedagogy. I completed my schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, which instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and lifelong learning.

Regarding my family, both my parents are government employees. I recently relocated to Gwalior to be with my family, as my husband is currently pursuing his Ph.D., and my sister-in-law is serving as an Associate Professor at IITM, Gwalior.
