In Karate, my journey began as a novice with a white belt, eagerly stepping onto the dojo floor, filled with curiosity and determination. Through years of dedicated practice and unwavering perseverance, I embarked on a transformative journey that ultimately led me to the prestigious 1st Dan Black Belt rank.

My path was not solely about earning belts and titles but a holistic pursuit of martial excellence, personal growth, and self-discovery. With every kata, kumite, and kihon, I honed my techniques, cultivating a deep understanding of the art of kumite. Each class offered physical exercise and a mental discipline that extended beyond the dojo's walls.

Competing in numerous tournaments was an essential part of my journey. These battles on the mat were not just skill contests but opportunities to test my mettle, push my limits, and develop resilience. Wins and losses were lessons, forging my character as I strived for mastery.

Self-defence training became more than just a practical skill; it was a commitment to personal safety and protection.
