As a Piping Designer having 12 years full time experience in Engineering, Designing, Drafting, Basic and Detail Engineering in Various EPC Projects like Oil & Gas, Water Treatment Plants (ETP, STP, and Desalination Plant) & Detail Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Knowledge in detailing and designing of Pipe Supports, Equipment’s and pipe.
Routing using defined designing software.
Complete detailing of general arrangement drawings, Pipe Isometrics, and Pipe Support Detailing, using AutoCAD Software.
Knowledge in pipe routing in many optional way & routing by the layout dwg. In 2D
Knowledge in Proposal, piping cost estimation also.
Plot Plan / Equipment Layout Prepare / check.
Preparation of Isometric drawing with complete BOM as per specifications
Preparation of weight calculation for pipe supports for costing
Preparation of As Built drawings by contractor review, Verification and approval
Prepare & Review of Piping GA, Equipment & Nozzle orientation Layouts.
Aware of Piping Codes And Standards ASME.
Preparation of Tie-in-Point Detail drawings.
Preparation of Puddle details and Foundation detail drawings.
Preparation of Line Sizing and Line List.
Preparation of P & ID Diagrams as per Engineer approval.
