"She was supposed to teach my daughter classical music, but instead, she wasted time talking about irrelevant topics. I would like to highlight an incident where my relatives came from Birmingham, and I specifically requested her to reschedule my daughter’s class to an earlier day. My daughter, being a dedicated student, requested her ma'am to take the music class on that day. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience as the teacher shouted at my daughter, insulted her verbally, and even told her to "gather some good manners from her school." This was extremely shocking, especially since my daughter has received excellence awards from her school. She does not deserve such bad behavior from a teacher. Furthermore, the teacher took an extra charge of ₹470 for an examination fee, stating that the exam was conducted through an institute and my daughter would receive certificates/report cards from them. After this, she blocked both my numbers, leaving us humiliated. This entire experience has been very distressing. Therefore, I kindly request you to take strict action against this teacher for her unacceptable behavior and misconduct. "
