Will I get relaxation in time or can I appoint a scribe/writer for writing the CA exam since I am physically challenged?

There is no relaxation in time. However you will get a writer for which you will have to inform your regional office and take the institute's permission

Is Indian CA (ICAI) degree valid in other countries?

The Indian CA Exam is Considered as one the toughest exam to crack. It has a variety of subjects and Post Qualification one can decide the area of expertise. The Word Chartered Accountant Itself is A Social Image Generation Tag.
