I have strong experience in teaching and mentoring through my academic and project work. During my engineering and postgraduate studies, I regularly took the initiative to guide team members, explain complex technical concepts, and ensure everyone was aligned with project goals.
For instance, while working on multiple engineering projects, I helped break down technical problems into simple steps, making it easier for the team to understand and execute efficiently. I also used Agile practices, where continuous knowledge sharing and team collaboration are key, which further strengthened my ability to teach in a structured and practical way.
Additionally, during my dissertation on quality management systems, I presented detailed concepts like ISO 9000 and Six Sigma in a simplified and understandable manner, which required strong communication and teaching skills.
Overall, my approach to teaching is clear, practical, and collaborative—focusing on making complex ideas easy to understand and apply
