1- I have a rich experience in teaching and emphasize on brain mapping before commencing teaching, this helps me to understand what is the present status of student and then initiate the course to make student clear to concept.
2- Allow students to solve exercise and then understand what kind of gap is there in understanding then bridge the gap make it fully clear.
3- Students I taught had scored from very lower to extremely high scores due my methodology of teaching wherein I use practical concepts, models and explain the application of subject or topic.
4- In the last but not the least - teaching is my hobby and passion it's not my profession. Professionally I am an Engineer and earning handsome salary in a MNC.
5- Discipline had been my principle and that has made to remain always a good student , hence I always strive for it for my students to remain disciplined.
