"I purchased a Keyboard for my kid from Waves Musicals and wanted to surprise him on his birthday . I was supposed to pick up the instrument on my way home from office for my kid on his birthday . however due to some unavoidable meetings , I was running late and called up Waves Musicals to see if they could deliver the gift at my address . In spite of giving them such a short notice , the staff was very cooperative and immediately arranged to deliver the keyboard at my home address , just right in time for my kid’s party . ;) "

"I purchased a guitar from Waves Musicals on July 14th 2010 for my collage festival . Just 10 days prior to the coll. Fest , I happened to break my guitar due to manhandling by a friend. I went to some nearby music shops in Mumbai who said they could only mend my guitar and return it after 7 days, which meant I couldn’t practice for my performance for 7 days. However when I called Waves Musicals, they were more than happy to mend my guitar and return it back in 2 days. Not only did I get my guitar in time, but also could give a splendid performance in my coll fest. Thank you Waves Musicals. "

"I happened to visit Waves Musicals in August 2008 through a common reference . Being from Wardha , it was a one shot trip to Thane where I had to make a bulk purchase for my school . When I went to the store I met with Mr. Shashank and Mr. Manoj who demonstrated various musical instruments and showed me numerous varities in them . I was fully convinced of the shop staff’s credibility and talent in displaying the instruments and place a bulk order with them for my school. It included 4-5 Tanpuras, 3 Harmoniums,2 sitars, 2 mandolin, 1 Riyaz master(Tabla machine) and 1 Ragini . I also asked them to deliver the instruments at my school address. At first I was a bit apprehensive as there was a chance that the courier might not arrive on time for the school annual day program . However, with full support and efficient logistics the shop was able to deliver the instruments not only on time, but also in extremely good conditions and as per my specifications. Since then I have always called for instruments from Waves Musicals. "
