How can I read and store a particular column from an Excel spreadsheet into an array using the C language?

save the file in csv format. read the file char by char . as it is in comma seperated value format whenever your program detects comma in the string make the previous one as value and store in array and increment index of the array.

can you imagine a p.c/smart phone without operating system. the end of c/c++ never happen they are ocean.. the core of any os will be bult using c/c++ only

based on number of students you teach. min criteria should follow in a tution is each subject 3000 rupees or if you would like to teach all subjects in a semister then 3500 rupees per month per student. 1hr tution everyday is good to a tutor

Better to implement your project in html5 which supports both.

How much time it will take to learn socket programming in java?

If you are good in basics of java programming and its packages stuff. Then its a bit of an example learning in your curriculum no extra bit of time required if you have a good basic idea in computer network's is an added advantage.
