Studying is one of the most "difficultly-easy" tasks. Yes, you read it right. It is one of the most boring things to do (unless you are motivated enough). But, there is the catch, it is our daily schedule which makes it so dull.
Studying releases significantly less amount of Dopamine and on the other hand, we have other activities (e.g. Social Media, TV Series, Movies etc.) which release way more Dopamine.
Once you start your day with a high dopamine activity, you'll find no fun doing low dopamine activities (like Studying).
For example, try to focus on studies after Gaming or an episode of TV Series, you'll find studies so much dull.
Try Dopamine Detox, start your day with low dopamine activities, try to avoid High Dopamine activities throughout the day, and then gift yourself with a high dopamine Activity.
I hope this little practice will do the wonders.
