Baishali B.

I have a background in History, education, community engagement, and administrative work. I completed my M.A. in History from Dibrugarh University in 2026,after a B.A. in History (Honours) from J.B. College, Jorhat. My academic interests include social history, environmental history, Northeast India, oral history, and community-based research.

Alongside academics, I have experience in teaching through home tuition, data entry and administrative work, including working as a data entry operator in a government voter-enrolment office. I have also volunteered at the Dibrugarh University International Literary Festival, which strengthened my communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

I enjoy working with people, documenting local stories and experiences, and learning from communities. My combination of research, communication, teaching, digital, and field-oriented experience motivates me to work in roles where I can contribute meaningfully to society.
